John Oliver loves getting embroiled in fairly niche feuds, but it looks like this latest might be over almost as soon as it's begun.
It started when Last Week Tonight recently purchased the contents of a defunct Red Lobster chain in Kingston, New York, drawing the ire of a local baker who had his sights set on some of the establishment's kitchen equipment.
Oliver's solution? Offer the owner of Deising's Bakery and Restaurant all the equipment he needs, providing the bakery creatures a cake with Oliver's face on the body of a bear.
