Here's Johnny Strong, and he's here to save the day.

If you're tired of the same old Marvel and DC summer blockbusters, especially if you were let down by Batman vs. Superman or Suicide Squad, John Oliver's original character, Johnny Strong (who is definitely not based on himself) is here to help.

Johnny is just your "unconventionally handsome" boy who hates playing clarinet and fights against bedtimes and blanket monsters. He's basically just like you. Frankly, he's the perfect departure from egomaniac heroes, like Captain America and Batman.

Oliver is awaiting your call, Hollywood.
