"I'm going to cut my own hair."
Anyone who has ever muttered those words and followed through with cutting their own hair has a pretty good chance of regretting it.
This little man went in pretty confidently on his own haircut, likely because he gives his dad a simple cut every week to keep things sharp. Unfortunately, cutting your own hair in a mirror is way harder than cutting someone else's hair.
After just a few moments, the kid digs in a little too hard with the clippers, leaving a fresh bald spot in the middle of his head.
After a mild freakout, the kid tries to put the chunk of hair back to no avail.
"I'm going to be the funniest kid on the planet," he admits before completely owning the situation. "Well, it doesn't look that bad."
The clip was initially uploaded in August of 2016, but did not see major traction until a GIF of the moment hit the front page of Reddit on Wednesday.
