Get ready for some more crushing sadness, Thrones fans.

As if watching Episode 5 of Game of Thrones wasn't upsetting enough, actors Kristian Nairn and Isaac Hempstead Wright (who play Hodor and Bran in the show) have just gone and broken our hearts all over again with their reaction.

"When I got the script for Season 6 -- although I got the call and knew what was going to happen to Hodor -- it was a really difficult thing to read," says Nairn in the clip above.

"I love Hodor; I love him to death... I had illusions Hodor was going to become some sort of king; but I like that he sacrificed himself for his friends.

"It feels very true to Hodor for me."

No YOU'RE crying.
