Based on an article from the Washington Post, soda water, like La Croix or Perrier, isn't so guilt-free to drink. Carbonic acid within these drinks slowly erode the tooth enamel.

Combined with the fact that La Croix lovers enjoy the drink as a water substitute, it may be a wise choice to drink in moderation — like any other soda.
