If you're going to get a famous person in for a secret cameo that requires lots of angry yelling, who better than Renata Klein herself, Laura Dern?

The Big Little Lies star isn't on screen in The White Lotus Season 2, but as she tells Jimmy Kimmel in the interview above, creator Mike White and her are old friends — and he recruited her to play Dominic Di Grasso's (Michael Imperioli's) enraged wife, lambasting him over the telephone in one very no-holds-barred call.

White's advice to Dern, before she recorded the bit in the closet of her room? "Just go to town. Be as angry as you want."
