The infamous McDonald's Szechuan sauce that was brought back to life by Rick and Morty this year is causing people to do some ridiculous things.

A horde of rude fans berated fast food workers for a chance to taste a limited run of the sauce and one person even traded an actual car to get some.

Now popular youtube channel HealthyJunkFood is providing people with a recipe that kind of tastes just like the notorious sauce.

In the video they theorize that the Szechuan sauce may be compromised of sesame oil, soy sauce flavor and hint of a pepper.

After a couple of trial and error experiments they managed to get a recipe that was pretty close to McDonald’s 1998 sauce.

Lets hope all the Szechuan sauce antics end after this.
