MCU star Chris Evans gets to practice his "commanding hero" voice again in the trailer for Lightyear, an animated Disney film based on the in-universe fictional character from Toy Story.

In Lightyear, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (Evans) is a spacefaring rocketeer, who's been marooned with his colony on an unnamed planet and whose skills in exploring space are paramount to saving his people.

Of course, his quest to reestablish contact with the rest of the galaxy comes with a few bumps in the road — namely, a talking robotic cat companion with no filter, a tentacle monster living in the launch station, and a mysterious horned villain, whose identity might be familiar to fans of the Toy Story movies.

Lightyear will open in theaters on June 17.
