There’s only one thing you should know: Linkin Park is still a thing.

Shocking, we know. When we heard the news we became so numb... so much more aware. But here we are — the band that gave your emo heart little flutters in the early 2000s released a brand new lyric video for its new single "Battle Symphony."

As you could probably imagine, this particular lyric video is such a lyric video. It's got the usual text in various colors laid over images of the world, as seen through a bunch of different Instagram filters. Good stuff. But hey, we could all use another empowering anthem in our lives and this could be the start of a Linkin Park revival.

This is the second single from the band's seventh studio album, One More Light, which is being released on May 19. So mark your calendars, people.
