You never know when and where you'll meet your new best friend.

YouTuber Henry Hoffman was on a stroll when a fox appeared out of nowhere and really, really wanted to be friends.

At one point the fox refused to let go of Hoffman's bag.

"I mean obviously he's cool -- like he's a fox -- but he won't leave me alone right now. Come on, bro," said Hoffman.

Eventually, the friendly fox cozied up next to Hoffman for a pet and seemed to even fall asleep while wrapped up in his coat.

But not all friendships last forever. In the clip Hoffman explains that the fox eventually ran off.

"Good bloke, good bloke," Hoffman said about his new buddy before ending the video.
