On this episode of "Masters of Scale," entrepreneur Margaret Heffernan talks about how your company culture is reflected in the person people interact with first: your receptionist.

"If you want to build a strong culture, the first thing you have to do is open your eyes," "Masters of Scale" host and LinkedIn cofounder Reid Hoffman says to Heffernan. "You have to start observing your culture the instant you arrive at the office — as soon as you walk through the front door."
