The debate to determine which friend from Friends is the best friend becomes even more convoluted when you ask an actual Friends friend.

In an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Lady Gaga posed a question to actor Matt LeBlanc (a.k.a Joey Tribbiani) and it's a doozie: Who would you rather, Monica or Rachel?
After some hesitation, Matt/Joey replies: "I would have me some Phoebe, she's very bendy."
However, should we interpret LeBlanc's answer as his personal preference, or the opinion of his fictional counterpart? Would the answer change if we differentiated between the two?
Sigh. There are some questions for which we may never have a satisfactory answer.
