Trump surrogate decries 'Mazel tov cocktails' in Jay-Z video. Really.

We're less than 24 hours from the first polls opening for Election Day 2016 and as the above clip of Trump surrogate Scottie Nell Hughes indicates, it's not a moment too soon.

Hughes was part of a CNN panel discussing Jay-Z and Beyonce's choice to back Hillary Clinton over Trump (2016, everybody!) and Hughes, who's dropped head-scratchers on CNN before, was slamming Jay-Z for the violent imagery in the video for the song "No Church in the Wild."

Except, rather than using the correct term for the explosives shown in the video -- molotov cocktails -- Hughes called them "mazel tov cocktails," dropping in a Jewish exclamation of congratulations for some reason.

Don Lemon, bless him, was there to correct her, and Hughes laughed it off but now we're left to wonder what, exactly, a mazel tov cocktail would look like.
