Miley Cyrus has changed a lot in ten years.
Cyrus was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live and talked about a recent tweet where she retracted an apology she made when she was 15, for a topless photoshoot.
"I think a lot of things have changed and I think the conversation has changed a lot," said Cyrus. She said she was sure that she was told to apologise, "that's why I don't do what people tell me to anymore, because that idea sucked."
