There are a few things in life you really don't want to mess up, and spreading your deceased mother's ashes is definitely up there.

Liz Hopson was dutifully spreading her deceased mother's ashes from a bridge in Newcastle, England when a strong wind blew them directly back into her face. Yep, she unfortunately got dusting of her mother's remains.

Hopson tried her best to shake the ash off her as her family cracked up with laughter.

Hopson's daughter, Liz, shared the clip to YouTube, noting that this was her grandmother's way of getting the last laugh, just like that scene from The Big Lebowski.

Don't worry, the family said they later successfully released their grandmother's ashes in other locations important to her across England.
