Happy f*cking Mother's day.

Kraft is marking the holiday with a foul-mouthed new commercial in which real-life swearing expert Melissa Mohr offers up some creative, kid-friendly alternatives to curse words.

The premise is rooted in market research that found that nearly three quarters of moms admit to having dropped the F-bomb in front of their kids.

Mohr, the author of Holy Sh*t: A Brief History of Swearing, calls BS on the other quarter of moms who claim to keep it clean. Nevertheless, she presents some imaginative work-arounds that sound like phrases you'd hear dubbed into a TV broadcast of an R-rated movie.

Because sometimes moms just have to call the "flipping goose-nuggets" and "sons of motherless goats" as they see them.
