Halle Berry goes to space in action-packed trailer for 'Moonfall'
Watch Next

According to Moonfall, Roland Emmerich's next big-budget disaster movie, the 1969 moon landing didn't go quite according to plan. The astronauts on the Apollo 11 mission found something unexpected up there, something they kept hidden from the public.

52 years later, some potentially alien shenanigans have resulted in the moon being put on a collision course with Earth. The only person who can stop it is astronaut and NASA executive Jo Fowler (Halle Berry), who teams up with astronaut Brian Harper (Patrick Wilson), and conspiracy theorist K.C. Houseman (John Bradley). Moonfall's trailer shows this trio flying into space and into the center of the moon, which is apparently hollow and definitely not just our friendly neighborhood satellite.

Moonfall hits theaters Feb. 4, 2022.
