Be honest, if you could have Morgan Freeman record himself saying random stuff for you, you would.

Morgan Freeman was a guest on Stephen Colbert's The Late Show last night and Colbert seized the opportunity to have Freeman record his smooth, smooth voice saying little snippets for future use. Freeman agrees, but only on the understanding that he's "really not the sidekick type."

Phrases recorded include, "You can say that again Stephen" which is nice and versatile. Less versatile is, "I love that moustache Stephen," and, "Come on Stephen, you gonna just sit there and take that from Andrew Garfield?"

Morgan Freeman doesn't just sound like your conscience, he's also an extremely funny guy, so we're happy to have been blessed with this sound-catalogue of Freeman gold.
