Not a great week for artists. On Sunday, a child destroyed a $15,000 Lego statue within an hour of its reveal, and on Wednesday, a couple accidentally smashed a clock on display at Pennsylvania's National Watch & Clock Museum.
The museum posted the footage as a warning to other visitors.
"This is why we beg and plead with our visitors to please refrain from touching objects in museums," the video's description reads. "The couple did notify Museum staff immediately."
Museum Director Noel Poirier tells NBC 10 that the resulting clip is, "a learning opportunity for folks," who ignore museum rules. But despite the damage, all is not lost-- Poirier says the clock can be repaired and will be back on display a few months from now.
