We've all been there – we're trying to ask a serious question about an asbestos report when our electronic, holiday-themed necktie starts playing a jubilant tune.

This member of parliament deserves mad credit for completely ignoring the music coming from his tie and continuing to make his case in front of the Irish parliament.

Although, rocking out to the song for a few moments and then silencing it would have been a much more entertaining approach.
