Netflix is teaming up with DreamWorks Animation for an animated Jurassic Park: Camp Cretaceous TV show.
Set against the timeline of the 2015 film, Camp Cretaceous will follow six teenagers at a new adventure camp on the opposite side of Isla Nublar. When dinosaurs attack (duh!) and contact with the outside world is cut off, they must team up in order to survive.
Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, and Colin Trevorrow are executive producers of the series. Scott Kreamer and Lane Lueras will serve as showrunners.
More info on the storyline, cast, and exact release date is TBD but we know it will premiere in 2020.
