Netflix is coming in with one last trailer for The Defenders ahead of its premiere, and this one is all about Sigourney Weaver's villainess.
It makes sense. If you've got Sigourney Motherf**king Weaver in your cast, of course you're going to go out of your way to highlight her.
Problem is, Weaver is so charismatic that this trailer has me kinda-sorta rooting for her to win. Which is probably not what they were going for.
Can the combined charisma of Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist bring me back around to the side of the good guys?
I'll find out when The Defenders hits Netflix at exactly 12:01 AM Pacific time on Friday, August 18.
