Pirate ships, epic fights, and mythic creatures galore in the first trailer for Netflix's live-action adaptation of One Piece.

Originally announced in January 2020, the long-awaited live-action version of One Piece is finally mere months away. The series, based on the manga written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda, brings us on the quest of Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) a boy with the power to stretch his body like a rubber band and his quest to become "king of the pirates." But before he can find the legendary One Piece, he first must assemble his eclectic pirate crew of Roronoa Zoro (Mackenyu), Nami (Emily Rudd), and more.

One Piece premieres on August 31 on Netflix.
