Netflix has released the trailer for their new original series 13 Reasons Why, based on the 2007 YA novel of the same name written by Jay Asher.
The show tells the story of Clay Jensen who is sent a mysterious box filled with 13 cassette tapes. He learns that the tapes were recorded by Hannah Baker, his classmate who committed suicide two weeks earlier. Hannah informs Clay via the tapes that, if he listens all the way through, he'll learn why she took her life.
Get your tissues and headphones ready because 13 Reasons Why will be released on Netflix March 31.
