For 2020 Veterans Day, Netflix is lining up a new WWII TV series — an animated adaption of Alex Kershaw's non-fiction book The Liberator: One World War II Soldier's 500-Day Odyssey from the Beaches of Sicily to the Gates of Dachau.
The teaser for The Liberator, which follows a group of Allied soldiers as they move from Italy to Germany during WWII, dropped on Monday, with the series itself arriving on Veterans Day, Nov. 11.
