A wealthy Nantucket family, a body found at the beach, and pending nuptials about to be interrupted.

These are the ingredients to The Perfect Couple, Netflix's murder mystery based on the bestselling novel by Elin Hilderbrand. The story follows Amelia Sacks (Eve Hewson) as the bride-to-be, ready to wed Benji Winbury (Billy Howle), whose last name means he belongs to a high-society family with secrets to hide.

Between his parents — Greer Garrison Winbury (Nicole Kidman) and Tag Winbury (Liev Schreiber) — and sister Abby Winbury (Dakota Fanning), there's plenty of intrigue and suspicion going around. A host of other characters round out the star-studded cast, including Meghann Fahy (of White Lotus fame), Ishaan Khattar, and Jack Reynor.

The trailer is a delicious glimpse at the upcoming series, which premieres on Netflix on Sept. 5, 2024.
