Even judging by the ever-vicious standard of Jimmy Kimmel's "Mean Tweets" segment, some of these are pretty darn brutal.

In the clip above, a selection of current and former NFL stars read out the mean things people having been saying about them on Twitter.

Tom Brady (who pops up several times) probably gets the worst of it, but Joey Bosa of the Los Angeles Chargers does get saddled with this fairly uncompromising burn: "Joey Bosa's nose is so big it looks like he's been lying every day for his whole life."

Oof.
