Niall Horan sweated his way through First We Feast's Hot Ones, while talking candidly about hanging with Lewis Capaldi and Liam Payne, being a first-time coach on NBC's The Voice, and his burgeoning golf career (yes, really).

We learn a lot about the former One Direction singer, including his love for hot sauce. But he didn't want to be too quick to confess this, in anticipation of what was to come.

"I do tend to lean for a hot sauce with most dinners I have or lunches or whatever. But I don’t wanna be that guy. I’ve seen too many people come on here and be like, ‘I’m gonna nail this,’ and then they’re crying and spitting into buckets," he said.

Possibly the best part of the episode, though, comes when host Sean Evans introduces Horan to a coworker who named her baby after the singer. The now five-year-old spoke to his namesake via the monitor.

"He's cute like me!" Horan said after managing to eat the wings of death.
