A Nintendo Switch was the latest victim and, astonishingly, it survived a 1000-foot plummet into an asphalt parking lot. The left Joy-Con controller ripped right off and shattered, but the console itself -- screen and everything -- seems just fine.

Are you going to come across many situations in life where this might happen to you? No, probably not. But if it can withstand that, it can definitely hold up against the trials of everyday fumbles we've all been guilty of.
