Break out the tissues.

With just two weeks left in Barack Obama's presidency, many of us just can't help getting emotional. And a new video released by the White House is making it worse.

A moving portrait of Obama's time in the Oval Office, the video features everyone from children to celebrities sharing their favorite Obama moment, or more specifically, the times that made them say "Yes, we can."

It was the slogan that helped carry Obama to presidential victory back in 2008, when he was a fresh-faced Illinois senator and not a president who's led the country through some of its biggest triumphs, trials and tribulations of our time.

And now, it just might be that last bit of hope that carries us through the next four years.
