Time will tell if 2018 turns out to be any better than the hell year that was 2017. But at least 2018 has one thing going for it already: the upcoming release of Ocean's 8.
Sandra Bullock stars as the sister of Danny Ocean (George Clooney's character from the earlier Ocean's trilogy), who recruits a crack team to pull off a high-stakes heist at the Met Gala.
We don't know yet if these ladies will succeed in snagging the loot. But said team consists of Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling, and Awkwafina – so, you know, it's already bound to do a good job of parting us from our money.
We only wish June 8, 2018 weren't so far away.
