Hitting those goals on social media is a momentous occasion for creators. We saw YouTube 'play' buttons awarded to those with record numbers of subscribers. But it's often that first hurdle, having people discover you when you're just starting out, that feels the most important -- as one kid vlogger has shown in the most meta way possible.

Hot on the heels of his "0 subscriber special", Youtube creator who goes simply by Dane, uploaded a very important "1 subscriber special" to thank all his supporter/s for getting him this far. The "special" delves into meta territory when the single subscriber he's celebrating is revealed to be his grandma, chilling in the background.

Since the accidentally surrealist vlogs appeared on Reddit, the full power of the global noticeboard has seen the child content king reach 19 k subscribers, with accompanying 'specials' to commemorate the milestone of course.

Celebrate every milestone little dude, and don't let the power go to your head.
