Ryan Murphy can bring together star power like no one else but his latest effort is truly unlike anything we've seen before from the American Horror Story producer.

Murphy called upon 49 of his friends for a video, released Wednesday by the Human Rights Campaign, to honor the victims of the Orlando tragedy, with appearances from Lady Gaga, Matt Bomer, Sofia Vergara and many others.

It runs more than 18 minutes long and gives you small glimpses into the lives of the 49 people who were killed when a gunman opened fire in an Orlando nightclub earlier this month.

It's not an easy watch but definitely an important one.

HRC said of the video: "It's on all of us to keep their memories alive, and to ensure part of their legacy becomes meaningful action to end hate violence."
