Fleabag fans are still reeling from the departure of their much beloved eponymous heroine from the TV screens. Fleabag is over. It's a wrap.
But, there's hope for fans who simply cannot accept Phoebe Waller-Bridge's assertion that there will be no further seasons of the Emmy-winning show. Waller-Bridge told Seth Meyers she *may* consider revisiting the character when she's 50.
"I quite like the idea of coming back to her — well, me — when I'm 50 'cause I feel like she will have had more life then and god knows what she would have got up to," said Waller-Bridge. "And actually seeing a character like that in a later stage of life is exciting."
"For now, she's been through enough. We've gotta let her go," she added.
