Reporter busted for playing 'Pokémon Go' during State Department briefing

If you're going to catch Pokémon at a State Department briefing, at least make sure the speaker can't see you.

State Department spokesman John Kirby was delivering a statement on ISIS this week when he noticed a reporter playing Pokémon Go.

"You're playing that Pokémon thing right now, aren't you?" Kirby said.

Luckily, journalistic integrity remained strong with the reporter/trainer, and he answered honestly.

"I'm just keeping an eye on it," he said, later admitting that the wi-fi wasn't strong enough to make any catches. Not even a Pidgey.

Still, 10 bucks says Kirby downloaded the app as soon as he got home.
