Priyanka Chopra goes in on Holi celebration with Jimmy Fallon
Watch Next

Priyanka Chopra was feeling homesick this Holi, so Jimmy Fallon decided to bring the Hindu festival of colors to her.

In India, Holi marks the beginning of spring, as well as powerful themes in Hindu folklore like love and the triumph of good over evil. Each year, Indian people flood the streets to spread colors and celebrate renewal.

Fallon got serious and presented Chopra with paint (in India it's colorful powder, sometimes mixed with water for a more lasting effect or a thick paste), which she joyfully smeared all over his face. You can see his shock in the video -- Holi ain't no joke.

The Tonight Show team also prepared thandai -- a drink of milk, almonds, spices, which can be enhanced for celebrations.
