Quake Champions' first gameplay trailer,is every bit as colorful, quick and gory as you'd expect from the famous FPS series.

The trailer gives a first-person look at the first main entry in the Quake series since 2005, which was announced at E3 two months ago. There's rocket jumps, beautiful maps and a diverse cast of characters. You can tell who the aliens are based on the green and blue explosions of blood.

Developer Bethesda has not announced a release date for Quake Champions yet, but the game will enter beta in 2017.
