We haven't had a hilarious medieval spoof since Monty Python and the Holy Grail, but it seems like that's about to change.
From the comedy group Broken Lizard (the ingenious minds behind Super Troopers and Beerfest), comes Quasi — a satirical take on The Hunchback of Notre Dame, that's sure to raunchy and all about Quasi (Steve Lemme).
Caught in the midst of a feud between the Pope and the king of France, Quasi is tasked by both to kill the other. What ensues is a hilarious adventure poking fun at every medieval trope you can hope for — from royal torture chambers to live-show exorcisms.
The cast of Quasi also includes Kevin Heffernan, Adrianne Palicki, Jay Chandrasekhar, Paul Soter, and Erik Stolhanske.
Quasi premieres on Hulu on April 20.
