That glorious melty cheese raclette thing looks even better on fries

You've likely seen plenty of videos showing off that wonderful Swiss creation, raclette, on the internet.

Basically, it's a delicious-looking melty heap of cheese that is poured straight off the wheel. It's usually left for small potatoes, charcuterie or pickles -- but this New Zealand food truck called MELT is giving it a modern spin by putting raclette on fries and hot dogs.

Some people might say it's an affront to the traditional dish, but we say whatever! It looks amazing. Deadly, but amazing.
