On The Late Show yesterday, Stephen Colbert worked out with Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and he could barely keep up.

They started with a conversation, in which Colbert asked RBG the most important question facing mankind today: is a hot dog a sandwich?

By Colbert's definition, Ginsburg says, yes it is. "See this is why you're on the Supreme Court," Colbert says.

They then hit the gym, with Colbert falling behind or sitting on a treadmill and watching as RBG does a variety of intense exercises, to a strict playlist of opera music.

If only I could be that in shape now, much less when I'm 85.
