YouTuber Brandon Douglas recently ejected a salivary stone from his salivary duct, filmed the horrifying incident and uploaded it, much to the horror of nearly every single person that has since watched it.
According to WebMD, a a salivary stone is a calcified structure that forms inside a salivary gland which can block the flow of saliva into the mouth. Gross.
Douglas says that the stone was incredibly painful, but extremely relieving once it passed. Regardless, we're equally horrified and amazed.
