Samantha Bee dives into Hillary's badass history as an inspiring election 2016 swan song

Hillary Clinton may have made history as the Democratic party's first female nominee, but according to Samantha Bee, the former Secretary was always bound for greatness. The only thing that got in her way -- repeatedly -- was the American people.

Bee takes her audience through Clinton's past, from her days at Wellesley to when she moved to Arkansas with her husband and their days in the White House together. Public opinion pivoted Clinton's actions and image at every step, from how she dressed and presented herself to eventually taking Bill's last name.

"The higher her husband's aspirations went, the more shit Mrs. Bill Clinton would take for speaking her mind," Bee said.

She also devoted several minutes to the latest about Clinton's emails, mainly that they were clearly written by an old person.

"If you can't bring yourself to Hillary Clinton, I get it," Bee added. "I'm not voting for Hillary Clinton either. I'm voting for Hillary-goddamn-brilliant-badass-queen-Beyoncé-Rodham. I have a hunch she's still in there."
