Simon McGarr captured the polite seal while taking a walk with his family along Howth Harbor in Dublin Sunday when they came along a man feeding fish to a seal.
The seal, so happy to have been fed yummy fish, popped its head out of the water and actually waved "thanks" to its feeder.
What a good role model this seal is for all people and animals.
