Selena Gomez's newly dropped music video for song of the summer contender "Bad Liar" is finally here, and it's a real doozy.

Taking place in what looks like a 1970s dream world, Gomez plays everyone in the video from the long-haired high school-aged protagonist, to that character's parents (including her mustachioed father) and a blonde high school gym teacher.

If you're sure the plot is going in one direction, think again. You have no idea where this throwback video is headed.

Watch, dance, and sing along to Selena Gomez's chameleon-like performance in "Bad Liar."
