One doesn't really need any sort of confirmation of Serena Williams' level of badassery.

However, this epic tribute video put together by BBC Sport provides a two-minute dosage of the 34-year-old's phenomenal career that will absolutely give you chills.

In the video, Williams recites an abridged version of the poem "Still I Rise" -- words written by another great woman, Maya Angelou.

In her post-match interviews, Williams said, "I didn’t come from any money or anything, but I did have a dream and I did have hope. That’s really all you need."

A fitting way to honour Williams' 22nd Grand Slam title achieved at Wimbledon this past Saturday -- in addition to her general awesomeness, we presume.
