A new season of A Series of Unfortunate Events is on its way to ruin spring before it starts. Season 2 of the twisted Netflix original sees the Baudelaire orpha ns (Malina Wassman, Louis Hynes, Presley Smith) learning more about their parents and the mysterious organization that still haunts them, as well as fleeing – as ever – from the nefarious Count Olaf (Neil Patrick Harris).

Like Season 1, the new season will span eight episodes and four of Lemony Snicket's original books; this time, it's The Austere Academy, The Ersatz Elevator, The Vile Village, and The Hostile Hospital. Featuring guest appearances from Lucy Punch, Tony Hale, Nathan Fillion, Robbie Amell, and more, the next chapter in the Baudelaire's journey promises to be every bit as peculiar and – you guessed it – unfortunate as ever.

A Series of Unfortunate Events Season 2 premieres March 30 on Netflix.
