This year marks the 50th anniversary of beloved children's edutainment show and substitute babysitter Sesame Street, with the children who first befriended Big Bird now all grown up and ruining the economy.

To celebrate the milestone, Jimmy Fallon, The Roots' Tariq "Black Thought" Trotter, and a few of the street's most famous residents got together to finally answer that famous question: "Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Sesame Street?" And because learning is always more fun with music, they did it with a cute, kid-friendly rap, featuring Bert, Ernie, Elmo, Grover, Oscar the Grouch, and more, plus shout-outs to classic cast members.

"I'm blanking on the address of the place I wanna be," raps Fallon. "What's the number of the house?"

"That's 1, 2, 3!" replies Count von Count.
