If, like Seth Meyers, you love the word malarkey, Joe Biden's debate performance on Wednesday night is for you.
Going live to air after Debate Night 2.2: The Malarkening had wrapped up, it seemed Meyers had very much enjoyed the former vice president's toothy cantankerousness.
After pointing out that the debate moderators kept cutting everyone off and Biden just stopped mid-sentence every time, Meyers compared it to "when your grandpa tries to speak up at the dinner table and no one hears him. "'I have a story about restaura- oh, never mind.'"
He also made fun of Biden's comment that the detractors of his healthcare plan was "malarkey" "There it is!" Meyers crowed, adding a *chef kiss*. "'A bunch of malarkey' is Joe Biden’s 'more cowbell'."
"And I love it, but again, it does make him sound a little old. It sounds like something that should be yelled from atop an old-timey bicycle."
And then, of course, Diamond Joe messed up the website plug at the end — and you know Meyers had jokes for that malarkey.
