First We Feast's Hot Ones kicked off Season 10 strong with the help of actor and unique performance artist, Shia LaBeouf.

The star of upcoming fall films Peanut Butter Falcon and Honey Boy stopped by the show and challenged host Sean Evans to really crank up the heat.

LaBeouf, who described himself as "a hot sauce guy" but also "a little frightened" decided that before eating each already-sauced wing he'd pour additional sauce on top. The daring feat resulted in a painful journey filled with water, milk, sweat, and tears, but all the while he maintained excellent wing-eating form.

In between burning up, LaBeouf chatted about his career, baseball, memes, and more. And for anyone who ever doubted if the sauce was actually hot or not, he confirmed, "It’s real, ladies and gentleman."
