Shudder's 'Hunted' trailer sees woodland creatures take on kidnappers

Remember that scene in Disney's version of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs where the woodland animals help our heroine after she escapes into the dark forest?

Well, Shudder's Hunted trailer looks a little bit like that. Only way more brutal.

In the trailer above for Persepolis director Vincent Paronnaud's upcoming thriller, Lucie Debay plays Eve, a woman who goes on the run after being kidnapped by two men. Fortunately, the forest — and the many creatures it contains — appear to be on Eve's side.

Hunted drops on Shudder Jan. 14.
